Donate Life Illinois – Volunteer training in
central Illinois

This training will feature a professional seminar on effective public speaking skills, as well as breakout sessions from Donate Life Illinois coalition members to further the understanding of their roles in the donation process. Join the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois and our health partners as we bring awareness to chronic kidney disease (CKD), high blood pressure and diabetes through World Kidney Day! On Thursday, March 13 the NKFI will provide FREE health screenings, including blood sugar, blood pressure and urinalysis. Participants of this free event will also enjoy healthy cooking and exercise demonstrations and the opportunity to speak with local legislators and healthcare providers.
