Thank you for joining Illinois’ NEW organ/tissue donor registry. There are currently more than 4,700 Illinoisans waiting for lifesaving transplants, and we commend you for registering to help save these lives. We have made great progress but still need your help to reach our goal of registering 3.5 million Illinois residents in the new registry by April 2008. Every day, we still hear from people who tell us they were not aware of the need to re-register until they heard about Donate Life Illinois and the new registry.
